Functie omschrijving
Je komt te werken bij een toonaangevend familiebedrijf dat internationaal actief is in baggerwerk, kust- en oeverwerken, groot grondverzet en mijnbouwprojecten. Met een modern machinepark van zwaar materieel, zoals graafmachines (tot 40m reach), bulldozers en wielladers, bieden zij maatwerkoplossingen voor uitdagende projecten wereldwijd.

Wat ga je doen?
- Leidinggeven aan de technische dienst - Jij stuurt monteurs aan en zorgt dat het team efficiënt en gemotiveerd werkt.
- Plannen & organiseren - Jij bewaakt de planning en zorgt dat onderhoud en reparaties tijdig, volledig en correct worden uitgevoerd.
- Werkplaatsmanagement - Je houdt overzicht over de werkplaats, voorraad en materiaalstromen en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt.
- Verbeteringen doorvoeren - Je kijkt continu hoe processen beter en efficiënter kunnen.
Functie vereisten
- Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een technische omgeving.
- Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en een hands-on mentaliteit.
- Affiniteit met zwaar materieel en werkplaatsbeheer.
- Het vermogen om mensen te motiveren en een team aan te sturen.
- Wonend in Noord-Holland.
