Service Sales and Marketing Manager
Your role and responsibilities
As a Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Sales Support team and adapting and implementing the sales support strategy for Motion Service, Sales & Marketing team in Istanbul, Turkiye. Creates, implements, and reviews local sales support strategy Develop and continuously improve our local sales support process Defines key targets for the customer support and ensures those are achieved. Oversees and reviews the proposals prepared by internal and external resources. Oversees the validation of terms and conditions (commercial, technical, legal, and pricing) in each offer Ensures most competitive offers considering the market situation and customer's conditions Identifies the suitable approach (e.g., direct sales, consortium, or channel) that can be applied to better serve the customer Assigns and allocates internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation Supports bid/no bid analyses and decisions Participates in project risk review processes

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales support, or management
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with sales teams and customers
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken Turkish and English
- Holds a valid driver's license with no travel limitations
