Senior UX Designer – 3 Months Contract (plus 2 extensions) – Gentofte, Denmark

Hybrid – 2 days on site, 3 days remote

19 Hours per week

Required:-  Strong research background the Senior UX Designer must demonstrate previous experience with performing UX research, including at least interviews and usability testing. Preferably in an enterprise environment. Strong design skills be able to create both high and low fidelity prototypes in Figma with strong focus on functionality and usefulness (ensuring core features of the product support the users in a way that creates business value for my client), ability to work in an iterative way on the prototypes using usability tests.

Senior UX Designer Description:

Note that this task is 240 hours spread over 12 weeks with varying working hours per week.
As part of establishing the Future ETM application landscape a new position management tool (PMT) has been developed.
Proactively UX assistance is required to optimize the user experience and thereby, eventually end-user adoption.

The task consists of the following:

Research

• Conducting user research with the users (user base of around 15 people) with the purpose of understanding how users use and could use the tool for their work, i.e. how to make the most optimal solution for the users to support their work. It is important that the tool makes the users work efficiently and effectively.
• Help the PO and team establishing and defining requirements for the product (this could include creating a product canvas or similar artifact
• Potentially create a user journey map showing how the tool fits into the lives of the users (depending on need and time available)

Design & Test

• Create design/prototype in Figma. Consult with developer to ensure feasibility.
• Usability testing
• Implementation & follow-up
• Work closely with developer, PO, and users to deliver a solution with a high-level user experience.
