The Role
As a Senior Marketing Project Management Specialist, you will oversee the operations of the Honeywell Technology Experience Center(HTEC) in Charlotte, NC. Your responsibilities include guiding presentations,coordinating exclusive content, and managing complex projects to enhance brandawareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Collaborating with accountteams and senior stakeholders, you will translate customer challenges intoinnovative solutions in a visionary format, focusing on maximizing the centeras a platform for Marketing, Sales, and Communications. This role involvescontent creation, budget and resource management, providing tours andpresentations for visitors, and tracking performance metrics.

Your expertise in project management and ability to workwith cross-functional teams will ensure the successful execution of projectsaligned with business goals. Your leadership skills and strategic mindset willdrive the growth and success of our brand initiatives.

Specific Areas of Responsibilities Include The Following:
This position is based in Charlotte, NC, and reports to the SrDirector Customer Marketing.

The Work You'll Do

• Represent Honeywell as an HTEC ambassador delivering a world class experience for guests.
• Collaborate and maintain relationships with cross functional teams to obtain knowledge on the audience profile, their history with Honeywell and industry specific trends & drivers.
• Use innovation and creativity to create and elevate presentations and demos, attuned to the audience profile.
  Identify and develop content updates to reflect new Honeywell products, solutions, and services.
• Proactively market the HTEC, including developing and compile quarterly and yearly metrics and reports to showcase functional effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities
• Mange the day-to-day operations, calendar and customer visits as well as book, manage and act as primary lead for all tours / presentations through HTEC.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Facilitate (after hours) HTEC events and coordinate with corporate hospitality events team as needed.
• Oversee technical maintenance and upgrades as needed.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior brand specialist

YOUMUST HAVE

• Minimum of 3 years of experiencein marketing project management
• Demonstrated expertise in developing andimplementing successful marketing strategies
• Strong guiding and teammanagement skills
• Excellent communication and presentationskills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamicenvironment
• Proficient in project managementtools and software
