Organization Excellence Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Each day, you will mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. You will also showcase your expertise by deploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance. The work model for the role is: #Hybrid Reporting to Organization Excellence Manager You will be mainly accountable for: • Analysis of internal processes and organizational solutions implemented in the company towards their optimization and standardization. • Leads a systematic, fact-based approach to identify and evaluate opportunities for future improvement within the local organization. • Provides guidance and support to disseminate a continuous improvement mindset and culture at all levels, activities, and functions to promote behavioral change for continuous performance improvement at the local level. • Identifies the appropriate methods, tools, templates, and applications in collaboration with other departments that align with the local organization's needs. Actively participates in creating a training system for employees of ABB Sp. z o. o. • Optimizes business and business-related processes to ensure their compliance with the requirements of the ABB Group. • Proposes solutions and implements changes in the way processes run to improve and increase efficiency, collaborating with project teams to implement and maintain improvements. • Conducts optimization projects in accordance with the DMAIC methodology. Actively searches for potential savings. • Researches and implements new technologies or methodologies that can further enhance operational efficiency, staying ahead of industry trends and competitive benchmarks.

Qualifications for the role
- Higher education or ongoing studies (preferred fields: Quality Management, Production Management and Engineering, Management).
- Knowledge of process improvement tools and Lean Six Sigma / PDCA methodology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and develop effective solutions. Ability to work in a team and establish contacts easily. Timeliness in performing tasks.
- Ability to manage the process of change within an organization, including handling resistance to change.
- Proficiency in MS Office. Basic knowledge of VBA and readiness to develop programming skills.
- Communicative level of English, with the ability to work in an international environment.
- Specialist knowledge in the field of process mapping and visual management.
