THE BUSINESS UNITThe Technical Service Department is a valuable component ofHoneywell UOP's Lifecycle Solutions & Technologies (LST) business. Weprovide combinations of traditional (Core) and modern (Digital) solutions tohelp solve customer issues and improve profitability for licensed Honeywell UOPoperating process units.

Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Lead Portfolio Manager to coordinate activities of the entire Technical Serviceportfolio (including Core and Digital offerings) and oversee our New ProductIntroductions (NPI) initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for thetraditional offering manager activities for the Core Service product line inaddition to the overall portfolio management and NPI oversight mentioned above.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of offering management, experiencewith HUOP services, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive ina fast-paced environment.

Location: Des Plaines, IL (IL16)
Travel/Territory: Up to 10% global travel

Ideal Candidate Experience:
  • At least 3 years in a direct offering management role.
  • Familiarity with current Service offerings (both Core and Digital).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve results.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovation and growth through NPI initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

NPI Strategy Development: Develop and execute acomprehensive NPI strategy aligned with business objectives and marketopportunities. Define the vision, goals, and priorities for NPI initiatives andensure alignment with broader company strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead and collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering,design, marketing, and sales, to drive NPI initiatives forward. Facilitatecommunication and coordination between teams to ensure successful productlaunches and adoption.
Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customerneeds, and competitive threats. Identify new opportunities for productexpansion or innovation through NPI initiatives.
Product Roadmap Development: Lead the development ofproduct roadmaps for NPI initiatives, outlining key milestones, features, andenhancements to be delivered over time. Prioritize initiatives based on markettrends, customer needs, and business priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners,and industry influencers. Serve as the primary point of contact for NPI-relatedmatters and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor keyperformance metrics for NPI initiatives, including revenue, market share, andcustomer satisfaction. Analyze performance data to identify areas forimprovement and drive continuous optimization.
Innovation and Future Planning: Drive innovationwithin the NPI process by identifying new market opportunities, emergingtechnologies, and customer needs. Work closely with R&D and innovationteams to develop and test new product concepts.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Prior experience in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.
  • Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management.
