As a Group Leader (SMT)here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operationswithin our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC). Your responsibilities will includeassisting the production team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintainingquality standards. You will report directlyto our Sr. ISC SMT Supervisor, and you'll work out of our facility in CiudadJuarez, Chih. In this role, you will impact the organization by: - Assisting inthe coordination and execution of production activities - Monitoring productionprocesses and ensuring adherence to quality standards - Conducting inspectionsand tests to verify product quality - Assisting in the maintenance andtroubleshooting of equipment - Collaborating with the production team to meetproduction targets and deadlines - Following safety protocols and maintaining aclean and organized work area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Assist in the coordination and execution of SMT production activities
• Monitor productionprocesses and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Conduct inspectionsand tests to verify product quality
• Collaborate with theproduction team to meet production targets and deadlines
• Follow safetyprotocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Deploying employeescorresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure.
• Instructing andsupporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill thetasks.
• Guiding, instructing,and supporting employees in function-related tasks.
• Cooperation with theISC SMT Supervisor the realization of agreed production targets withresponsibility regarding safety, quality, costs, deadlines, service, andcooperation.

YOU MUST HAVE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of provenunderstanding and experience of SMT manufacturing processes and equipment
• Attention to detailand ability to follow instructions
• Strong problem-solvingand troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in afast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Availability to work on 2nd shift fromMonday to Friday (3:30pm to 12:00am)

• Good communication andinterpersonal skills
