The Invoice to pay Specialist I will work for Emerson GFS Shared Services, on banking and payments in designated ERP. This position mainly interacts with internal users and EMR Shared Services Team members. Individual capacity to handle a relevant volume of transaction and process quality in this role is a key process indicator to meet operational perfection and performance at level.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

1. Generate Aging Report to identify due invoices for payment proposal.
2. Generate, Format and Confirmed payment batch in Oracle.
3. Payment execution in the different bank systems (TRAX/Citi-direct/etc.)
4. Payment Approval and Proof of Payment/ Bank Accounts Book/Check Auxiliary Update
5. Verification of Records and Physical documents (original invoice)
6. Founding request and /or Cash Pooling
7. Upload Encrypted files and Verify information uploaded to the bank and Print Summary
8. Outstanding or Urgent Payments, currency purchase, check printing
9. Collaborate proactively with vendors and peers to reduce cycle time and costs.
10. Agree with auditors, accountants and management as needed to provide information about the department and specific issues.
11. Seeks for continuous improvements on his area of expertise to avoid fraud and errors.
12. Leads Governance calls with local finance.
13. Additional duties as the need arises.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Undergraduate or technician Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Accounting experience is considered a plus.
• Handle Microsoft tools, advance in Excel is an advantage.
• ORACLE, SAP, or other enterprise system experience is nice to have
• Pro activeness and good communication both written and verbal.
• +1 year of experience in a Finance Environment ( Payments)
• Advanced English Skills
