About the mission we offer you:

Reporting to the Public Affairs Director of Technip Energies (T.EN), you will be supporting the Public affairs team in charge of Public Affairs in France and the EU.

You will join our headquarters in Nanterre (France).

You will report to our Public Affairs Director, also based in Nanterre, and interact with T.ENs business lines, Rely, Reju and Ekwil.

Missions :
  • Daily monitoring of the press and legislation in areas of interest for T.EN,
  • Monitoring and analyzing political orientations,
  • Creating and updating the usual tools for public affairs: mapping of key stakeholders, calendar of events, preparing high-level meetings, etc.
  • Contributing to the definition of Technip Energies' positions,
  • Preparing conferences organized on topics of interest to Technip Energies,
  • Organizing external events with key stakeholders,
  • Supporting our Public affairs team in creating and leading a network of MPs, assistants, think-tanks, professional organizations, associations, and influencers,
  • Drafting key messages and white papers on the topics relevant for T.EN,
  • Drafting weekly reporting to T.ENs management and business lines
  • Drafting minutes of high-level meetings.


About you:

We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Studying for a Masters degree in Political Science, International Relations, Business, European Law,
  • Perfectly fluent in both English and French,
  • Strong interest in topics related to the Energy transition,
  • In-depth knowledge of the French and/or European legislative process as well as the political dynamics within the French and European institutions, particularly with regards to Energy topics.
  • A previous internship in Public affairs (France and/or EU), in Diplomacy or relevant institutions would be a strong advantage,
  • Proactive and team player, with good interpersonal skills and good oral expression,
  • Advocacy skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and persuade effectively.
