The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise in Workday integrations, data management, and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex Workday integrations using integration cloud platforms
• Liaise with various HR functional teams to understand internal business processes to aid in defect resolution and integration enhancements
• Analyze and resolve integration-related issues between Workday and internal ERP, external systems and vendors
• Perform detailed technical analysis of integration issues, requirements and design solutions
• Support with testing of new features or updates, prepare sample data and unit test plans, develop and execute unit and integration tests as required
• Partner with Accenture implementation teams on integration enhancements and integration performance monitoring
• Manage and execute data migration and transformation processes
• Create and maintain comprehensive integration documentation
• Perform encryption key management and rotation
• Support ongoing integration monitoring and performance optimization
• Conduct knowledge transfer with HR Technology team members

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience with Workday integration technologies
• Strong understanding of API-based integration methodologies
• Strong understanding of HR data flows and HR core concepts
• Proficiency in integration cloud platforms
• Experience with data transformation and mapping
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communicator with attention to detail
