Job Opportunity: Subsea Package Control Lead - France (Paris)
Location: Paris, France
Duration: 1 year (with potential extension to 2-4 years after FPSO, UFR, and SPS package contract awards)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Subsea Package Control Lead to oversee project control activities for a major offshore development in Suriname. This role will involve contract management, cost control, risk assessment, and project coordination to ensure successful execution within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project control aspects, including contracts, cost control, planning, documentation, and risk management.
• Lead the contracting process for subsea packages, ensuring compliance with procedures and best practices.
• Manage and update the project risk register, coordinating with discipline leads.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure alignment with the overall execution plan.
• Prepare budget updates, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support logistics, HR activities, and administrative coordination for the subsea package.
• Maintain reporting quality and facilitate project documentation management.
• Actively contribute to change order management, claims handling, and lessons learned documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in project execution.
• Strong background in oil & gas contract writing, negotiation, and management.
• Proficiency in Excel for project control and reporting.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
• Ability to manage complex offshore projects in a high-paced environment.
