Summary/Overview:

At Velocity Global, we're shaping a world-class brand that transforms perception and drives awareness of our mission to make opportunity borderless for people everywhere. We're looking for a seasoned storyteller with strong product marketing knowledge who can distill key narratives from complex concepts into impactful, thought-provoking content that resonates with diverse audiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need to quickly understand our business, navigate ambiguity, and effectively manage cross-functional approvals and workflows.

The Demand Generation Manager will execute campaigns to create awareness, nurture leads, and lead conversions among our prospects. This role requires a hands-on approach to lead source management where you will test and improve each to deliver results across all stages of the buyer journey. You will report to Head of Digital Marketing and Demand Generation.

This hybrid role will require in-office collaboration for at least 1-3 days per week in our Palo Alto, CA office.

You Will:
  • Plan, build and execute multi-channel campaigns tailored to our prospects.
  • Drive lead acquisition through a variety of programs including, but not limited to:
  • Affiliate programs
  • Pay per lead programs
  • Webcasts
  • Referral programs
  • Remarketing
  • Display media
  • Email programs
  • Manage and optimize paid media budgets to maximize ROI, with a focus on channels that drive key aspects of our marketing funnel.
  • Develop and refine multi-touch sequences to guide HR leads through the funnel.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling, high-performing assets tailored to the pain points of prospects.
  • Build a testing framework to experiment with ad creatives, CTAs, landing page designs, and audience targeting.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, including lead quality, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead, to refine strategies.
  • Contribute to ABM initiatives, creating highly personalized campaigns for high-value HR accounts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for engaging HR audiences.

You Have:
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of HR buyer personas and challenges (preferred but not mandatory).
  • A proven ability to execute campaigns that align with the buyer journey and drive measurable results.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign analytics and reporting.
  • A proactive, testing-focused approach to optimize campaigns continuously.
  • Excellent project management skills to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset for exploring and implementing innovative demand generation strategies.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.

Annualized Pay Range

$109,000-$160,000 USD
