- Attend meeting and follow up with Energy Administration, Environmental Protection Administration, Ocean Affairs Council, Ministry of Labor, TPC on HSE related matters.
- Assist in interface management on HSE aspects (e.g. loadout of pin piles and jackets)
- Assist in filming an HSE induction video
- Assist Vessel Management Team in finalising task risk assessment and safety checklists
- Work together with Project HSE Lead to ensure the project implementation is in compliance with procedure requirements, employer requirements and expectations and Local / Legal requirements.
- Ensure the implementation of HSE Programs is in accordance with the Project HSE Plan.
- Be part of the Incident Investigation Team (if required) and follow-up the closure status of action items.
- Conduct In-house HSE Training to all construction crew.
- Conduct daily toolbox talk, HSE inspection, monitoring and surveillance, guide construction crew on Project HSE compliance.
- Prepare HSE inspection report and perform monthly project HSE statistical and trending analysis.
- Ensure the tools and equipment onboard are serviceable and in good working condition.
- Actively contribute to HSE improvement during project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Offshore HSE certifications such as "Leval A" Certification, NEBOSH, IOSH, OPITO BOSIET, or equivalent is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in offshore projects within the EPC industry.
- Proven expertise in managing HSE in offshore construction, fabrication, and installation activities.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Deep understanding of offshore safety regulations, marine operations, and international standards.
- Strong leadership, cross-cultural communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate complex offshore environments and make sound decisions under pressure.
