Marketing & Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed. The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Services, Vietnam. You will be mainly accountable for: • Implements customer support strategy in order to achieve targets levels of service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Ensures achievement of established targets, through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed. • Focuses on achievement of Inventory Turn on Finished Goods, Requested On-time Delivery, Net Promoter Score (NPS). • Processes orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistic and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products and acts as first port of call to customers' questions and orders. • Ensures accuracy of ERP with regard to commercial master data, payment/trade policy, customer contracts, etc. • Ensures the resolution of customer issues. • Supports sales team in pre-sales or after-sales service with resolution of customer issues and by ensuring effective and efficient customer communication even by specific commercial communication tools. • Implements and maintains customer support processes.

Qualifications for the role
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in supply chain management, order assistance, payment-related assistance.
- Basic knowledge in SAP is preferred.
- University Graduate in related fields; with knowledge in finance is preferable
- Solid understanding and experience working with Microsoft office.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and oral.
