Your primary purpose in this job will be to support the in-country sales organization(s) to achieve sales targets by responding to customer enquirers.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Respond to sales inquiries from customers on a timely manner.
  • Preparing spare parts quotations ensuring they are accurate, technically correct and offer the best possible customer solutions.
  • Investigation and follow-up in case of obsolete or non-active spare parts.
  • Look for continuous improvement opportunities, maintain and improve customer satisfaction.


Who You Are: Someone who find solution for replacement spare parts by understanding the customer request and identifying the accurate part number(s) for the query.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • University or college degree in technical faculty
  • Advanced knowledge of English is needed
  • Curiosity to get product knowledge
  • Technical orientation
  • We require customer focus behavior and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.
  • You gain insight into customer need.


Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Sales or customer service-related experience is an advantage!
