About the mission we offer you:

Take a glance at your tasks!

• You will autonomously monitor budgets and invoices
• You will create and update roadmaps for technological infrastructure platforms, in collaboration with platform owners
• You will produce presentations on topics relating to technology infrastructure platform strategy, operational processes and models, organization, etc., in collaboration with managers
• You will also monitor operational activities outside project governance, in collaboration with managers
• You will create and publish content related to technology infrastructure platform news on the company's internal social networks, in collaboration with managers and platform owners

During this apprenticeship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer any questions you may have.

About you:

We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:

• We are looking for a Business School student, eager to discover the PMO (Project Management Office) profession. The position is also open to engineering and business graduates with a hunger for project management.
• In terms of IT tools, you will mainly be working with Microsoft Office suite tools (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English is essential, as the teams are international (Americas, Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific)
• An interest for IT technology is truly appreciated, as the subjects addressed by the teams are highly technical (cloud, datacenters, networks, etc.).
