JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify new sales opportunities within the region, develop account-specific strategies and execute to capture market share and profitability.
  • Demonstrate a strong skill set in providing customer solution sales by uncovering customer pain points and providing a solution to manage or eliminate those pain points.
  • Creates customer call reports through the use of CRM outlining customer meetings.
  • Build and establish relationships with key decision-makers to develop strategies designed to help customers meet their high-level goals and solve customer challenges.
  • Close new business deals by chasing leads, developing and negotiating to price, and completing sales and repeat order relationships.
  • Perform Voice of the Customer surveys to enhance and grow our future product and service offerings needed to be a market leader.
  • Gather and utilize competitor intelligence to strengthen our product offering and market position.
  • Work closely with sales and operations to facilitate the flow of communication to support customers and generate additional business opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows and regional and local events as required.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations.


FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend to DIFA meetings
  • Review applications
  • Lead optimization efforts


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's of Science or 5+ years of relevant on ESP experience
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of sales account management preferred


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably 2+ years of ESP and/or Artificial Lift Experience
  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Current Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry and Artificial Lift Equipment.
  • Travel up to 50% of time
