ABOUT YOU

As the XCT inspector, you will be based in Derby providing XCT service to our clients, including scanning, evaluation & reporting in accordance with our clients' requirements.

Required skills and experience:

• University degree in Engineering or Scientific subject area, or equivalent experience
• Conventional and/or Computed X-ray testing qualifications
• Computer programming and/or strong IT skills.
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) background
• High standard of customer care with good communication skills
• Dimensional and geometry measurement methods such as CMM

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Key activities:

• Operation of XCT scanning system to carry out scans of components.
• Performing of system/process control checks.
• Testing method/technique development.
• CT scan scrutiny and interpretation.
• Test report generation.
• Close customer liaison and relationship building.
