Sr Manager HR - HPS Biz Operations
A career booster opportunity for a Sr. Manager HR to lead and partner oursuccess for the HPS Biz Operations function based out of Houston TX. In thisexciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize yourextensive experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact andsupport the HPS leadership team.
An experienced HR leader who develops and own HR strategy for the businessencompassing multiple geographies. You will partner closely with Global leadersof Biz Ops to develop HR strategy to fuel the business growth as well asfocusing towards building business capabilities to pivot towards growth &productivity. The HR Leader will actively engage in and lead Businesstransformation, organization effectiveness and productivity improvementmeasures for business agility, organizational development & talentmanagement.
You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectivenessto align critical human resources principles with business objectives. You willalign organizational transformations and staffing strategies to promote talentand growth. Your focus will be to help the business to become a customercentric organization and achieve its strategic growth objectives throughresource realignment and top grading the talent. Working cohesively withRegional HR Leaders, you will lead strategizing & executing key businessimperatives for the client group.
You will be responsible to Increase the overall performance of theorganization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups by:
- Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage byrecruiting, developing and retaining top talent
- Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resourcesorganization
- Partner with senior business & functional leaders to continually drivethe effectiveness of the business through developing organization design andleadership changes as appropriate to ensure maximum business success
- Ensure an ongoing and proactive focus on driving change within the business,linking change management needs, communications, tools and processes withoverall business cultural and change direction, in order that the businessculture and mindset evolves as required to ensure success
- Assess the current org. and partner with stakeholders to create a strategyand vision around the development of future state process flows, to identifyneeded organizational and workflow changes
- Lead key transition & integration projects in partnership with global andlocal stakeholders
Own and drive talent strategy for HPS Biz Operations towards building talentcapabilities, strengthening succession, diversity and inclusion.You Must Have:
- 8 years progressive professional Human Resourcesexperience with exposure at global level handling stakeholders at multiplelevels and cross geography in a projects business.

Bachelor's degree required with emphasis in Business, HR, Employment Relationsor Organizational Development or related discipline.
Extensive HR Business partnership HR experience including strong HR functionalexpertise and track record of implementing large scale change projects
Demonstrated ability in setting strategy, driving performance, consistentlyproducing superior results, cultivating ownership while enforcing companypolicies and applicable law.
Strong communicator with the ability to artfully influence, persuade and driveaction. A collaborative management style
Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally with senior levels in theorganization
Comfortable as a "hands-on" and willing to roll up your sleeves toget things done
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgement
Honesty, integrity, and trust building behaviors in all dealings is essentialand required
