HR Services Specialist I

As an HR Specialist I - Global Mobility Services here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Global Mobility Services (GMS) function. You will be responsible for providing assistance and support in managing global mobility programs and services. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth execution of global mobility operations and delivering exceptional service to our employees and stakeholders. You will report directly to our GMS Supervisor and work out of our San Luis Potosi, MX location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our global mobility programs and contribute to the seamless movement of talent across borders.

Key Responsibilities

• Providesupport in managing global mobility programs and services
• Assist in coordinating international assignments, including immigration, relocation, and tax compliance
• Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to ensure the smooth execution of global mobility operations
• Maintainaccurate employee records and documentation related to global mobility
• Manage data
• Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and service providers
• Analyze data
• Stay updated on globalmobility trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in HR or Global Mobility Services
• Advanced English level
• Customer care experience
• Advanced Excel
• Strong data analytics acumen
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
