As a FP&A Lead - Latin America here at Honeywell, youwill play a crucial role in leading the team that develops and executesHoneywell's forecasting and planning process, creates related analysis, andpresents findings which position Honeywell to meet its growth strategy and costefficiency goals in the Latin American region. You will serve as an integralpart of continually improving Honeywell's financial capabilities and businessperformance in the Latin American market and drive critical finance transformationsrelated to our management reporting, planning, and forecasting processes. Youmust exhibit strong leadership traits, communication skills, and initiative.

You will report directly to our Finance Sr Director andyou'll work out of our Mexico City location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this dynamic and result-oriented role, you will have asignificant impact on the growth and success of Honeywell in the Latin Americanregion. You will develop and implement financial strategies and initiativesspecifically tailored to leverage the growth opportunities in the LatinAmerican market. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams andinfluence stakeholders will enable effective financial planning and budgeting,ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and in alignment with thecompany's goals in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the business analysis and planning function for the finance department in the Latin American region.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability in Latin America.
• Provide financial analysis and insights specific to the Latin American market to support decision-making and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial plans and budgets for the Latin American region.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations andreporting requirements in Latin Americas.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in areas of increasing responsibility in a finance function.
• Experience developing forecasts using different statistic methods and related analytics.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills (linking results to drivers).
• Ability to translate complex business and financial issues into readily understandable terms.
• Multi-tasking capabilities; professionally handles the pressure of meeting multiple, high-priority deadlines.
• Ability to quickly identify subtle patterns and trendsn skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, economy, actuarial, or related field preferred.
• Industrial and/or technology manufacturing industry experience is ideal.
