We arecurrently seeking a Field Service Manager to join our team in our Kuala Lumpur office. Reporting to the Director Field Service Engineer your focus on daily engagement and teaming with customers,team members, sales and marketing, and project operations to maximize customersatisfaction, excellence in delivery profitable growth.

Field Service Manager (FSM) is responsible for Services business providingOperational Management through delivery and execution of service solutions incompliance with customer specifications and contractual agreements, leading ateam of field personnel, managing a P&L, owning Nos & driving toachieve expected results, growing the service business inside existing and newcustomer locations, Support & lead Sales and reporting the current andfuture performance of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, lead & motivate a high-performing Services team andfacilitate the team's achievement of goals and objectives
  • Develop long-term, high quality sustainable business relationships with customers by engaging with management teams and consistently exceeding expectations
  • Overall P&L responsibility
  • Develop And Report Performance Metrics
  • Develop and Oversee Team
  • Lead Continuous Improvement Projects
  • Train and mentor field service technicians and engineers

Key Experience & Capabilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline preferred
  • Minimum 10+years of experience in managing service solutions andcustomer expectations,
  • Able to demonstrate strong knowledge/application of Distribution Control Systems (DCS), Safety Systems and Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) Process Control experience
  • People managementexperience. Ability to lead and influence individuals either Directly or Indirectly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently
  • Ability to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards
  • Previous customer service experience
