As an Enterprise Sales Leader here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and leading the sales efforts for our Honeywell Connected Industrial business in Thailand. This is a sales-quota carrying role, where you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success and market leadership.
You will report directly to our Regional Sales Director and you'll work out of our Bangkok, Thailand location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by achieving business objectives, formulating growth strategies, driving innovation, and leading a high-performing team. You will also have the opportunity to engage closely with our Integrated Supply Chain team to implement strong processes and better serve our customers. As a people leader at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage the sales efforts for our Honeywell Connected Industrial business in Thailand
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the market and expand customer base
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing innovative solutions
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving professional development
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in selling industrial software and digital solutions
• Experience leading sales and business development for PTT accounts
• Expertise in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, and Chemical plant OT solution sales
