As a Project Manager (Building Automation) here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in guiding and managing customer projects within the Honeywell Building Automation (BA) business unit. You will be accountable for overseeing project execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving project performance. Your strong guiding skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's customer projects.
You will report directly to our Field Service Leader (FSL) and you'll work out of our Aarhus/Vallensbaek, Denmark location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of customer projects, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, stakeholder engagement, team guidance, operational efficiency, quality assurance, risk management, cross-project collaboration, communication, issue resolution, strategic planning, customer retention, financial management, and innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide and manage customer projects to achieve project objectives
• Develop and execute project strategies and plans
• Ensure project alignment with strategic objectives and customer priorities
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines
• Oversee project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Work with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure project success
• Provide guidance to Field Service Leader and cross functional teams
YOU MUST HAVE
• Experience in project management or related roles or alternatively worked experience within engineering in building automation
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex customer projects
• Strong guiding and people management skills
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
