Process Coordinator

Honeywell Aerospace is a leading global aviation supplier designing, manufacturing and distributing advanced electronic systems, products and services to commercial, defense and space industries.
This position, reporting to the Repairs & Overhaul Value Stream Leader, will be collecting, analysing, compiling and disseminating Customer related data in various forms across the Site and to ISC Leadership as well as externally directly into the Customer base. The purpose of this role is to gather data and information to determine trends to make improved business decisions cross functionally in supporting Customer key metric growth using Lean initiatives in line with HOS principles.
Key responsibilities:
Build strong relations with the customer that in turn, leads to the identification of opportunities for the business to improve customer focus and commitment
Ensure the customer has adequate visibility to the issues and corrective action plans in place for their products
Work closely with operations to provide credible forecasting and recovery plans to the customer using a standardised approach
Continuously improve customer communications
Host and represent ISC interests at programme cross functional review meetings (customer focus teams)
Provide and analyse delivery performance to mentor, steer and drive process improvement projects
Skills and experience
Bachelor's Degree plus directly related experience, or equivalent required
Demonstrated capability in organising and managing projects
Excellent program management skills
Effective listening skills, clean and concise verbal and written communication
Unrelenting desire to improve our service, products and processes with a positive can-do mindset; results oriented
Demonstrated experience in analysing, troubleshooting and problem resolution determination through the use of IT resources
