Sr IT Analyst Manager

We have an opportunity for a Sr IT Analyst Manager to join us at Honeywell in Bucharest, Romania. As a Sr IT Analyst Manager, you will lead and manage a team of EDI IT analysts, overseeing the analysis and implementation of Customer EDI solutions to support the business objectives of Honeywell. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects and initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of a global technology company. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

You will report directly to our IT Sr. Director and you'll work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT systems and processes, driving innovation and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in aligning IT solutions with business needs and ensuring the successful implementation of technology projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of EDI IT analysts, providing guidance and support in the analysis and implementation of IT solutions
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define EDI IT strategies and objectives
• Oversee the delivery of EDI IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Drive continuous improvement in EDI IT systems and processes, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with EDI IT policies, standards, and best practices
• YOU MUST HAVE:
• 8+ years of experience in IT analysis and project management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proven track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget
