Base Location:SSEN Solent Park Depot (Portsmouth)

Salary:£28,072 - £32,605 pro rata + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern:6 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The role

SSEN are seeking a Mobile Generation Administrator to aid the Mobile Diesel Generation Group. This role involves supporting mobile generation for scheduled and emergency tasks. The candidate will prioritise the use of the SSE fleet initially, while also coordinating with external contractors when required to fulfil demands.

You will

- Manage hiring and off-hiring via phone or email to support engineers efficiently and effectively.

- Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports: data inputting and maintenance of operational reports.

- Complete financial records: financial data input, accurate & timely.

- Generate and track purchase orders.

- Complete office/desk housekeeping and ad hoc availability to support the business through weather events as required.

You have

- Proficient experience in the use of a wide variety of key software programmes including but not limited to Excel, Word, Sims, Google, Web-fleet.

- A high level of attention to detail when inputting data and completing tasks.

- The ability to prioritise workloads under demanding situations.

- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels both written and verbal.

- A positive, adaptable enthusiastic attitude to work, constantly seeking ways to improve the work place.
