About this vacancy

As a Data Engineer at TMC Data Science, you will design and implement data pipelines to manage high-volume manufacturing data. You will enable predictive maintenance and process optimization by building robust, scalable infrastructure. Your work will play a critical role in transforming the manufacturing landscape with data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build data pipelines and ETL processes for IoT data.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based data architectures.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deploy models and applications.
• Optimize database performance and scalability.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
• Proficiency in Python (libraries: numpy, pandas, pyspark)
• Cloud Architecture (Azure)
• Experience with big data frameworks (Kafka, Hadoop or Spark)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
