Your Opportunity
As a Demand Generation Leader at SimScale, you will have the opportunity to define and manage integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement with strategic accounts, leveraging full-funnel marketing tactics across paid media, organic channels, and targeted account-based marketing efforts. You will play a critical role in managing and optimizing a team responsible for performance marketing initiatives, including paid search and social, while using data-driven insights to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness. Your focus will extend to planning high-impact webinars and industry events, collaborating with product management, industry luminaries and and our partner ecosystem to expand marketing's reach and drive target account engagement that compels meaningful action. Additionally, you will shape SimScale's thought leadership and content programs, ensuring consistent, cut-thru messaging across all brand building & demand generation efforts. Working closely with go-to-market peers and cross-functional teams, you will help refine marketing strategies, optimize budgets, and embrace the adoption of AI across our buyer journeys, making a tangible impact on SimScale's growth and success.

What we expect from you
- 5-10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation with a proven track record of leading teams to drive outsized pipeline and revenue contribution
- Experience running full-funnel, integrated marketing campaigns into senior decision makers
- Strong analytical skills, leveraging data to optimize marketing performance
- Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, and lead acquisition strategies, including paid social, paid search, display, and retargeting
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams on ABM and outbound strategies
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and related tools
