Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Residential HVAC and Plumbing Install Coordinator to manage and oversee the scheduling and coordination of installation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all installations are completed efficiently, on time, and in accordance with company standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and Coordination:
• Schedule and dispatch installation teams for residential HVAC and plumbing projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Coordinate with customers to arrange installation appointments, providing clear communication regarding timelines and expectations.
• Project Management:
• Oversee the progress of installation projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with installers, technicians, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Customer Communication:
• Maintain open and proactive communication with customers throughout the installation process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering quality service.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain accurate records of installation schedules, customer interactions, and project details.
• Ensure all installations comply with local codes, regulations, and company standards.
• City Inspections Coordination:
• Schedule city inspections upon completion of installations to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Maintain records of inspection dates, outcomes, and any required follow-up actions.
• Team Support:
• Provide logistical support to installation teams, including coordinating permits, inspections, and other necessary documentation.
• Assist in developing and implementing training programs for installation staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination or project management role, preferably within the HVAC or plumbing industry.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
