This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Manage and execute renewable energy programs, energy reduction and clean energy initiatives
• Partner with technical cross-functional teams to incorporate requirements into utility contracts that focus on energy reductions
• Execute Scope 1 & 2 emissions reductions in A&F global operation and Scope 3 emission from product transportation to associate travel
• Manage EU reporting and other energy reports as required by law
• Partner with external vendors to ensure understanding and implementation of sustainability initiatives
• Lead vision for sustainability energy programs through effective communication, strategy development and business processes that align with company goals
• Select service provider partners that are innovative, ahead of program trends and match program goals

What Do You Need To Bring?

• Bachelor's degree in CSR, Sustainability, or Energy, or related experience
• 3-5 years of professional experience in supply chain related to energy, climate, or environmental sustainability
• Strong, concise communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate circumstances, collaborate and communicate effectively throughout the business, including executives
• Ability to manage confidential information
• Exceptional time management, self-motivation, and organizational skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, and trust within and outside of the organization
