Looking for a qualified commercial HVAC Foreman, must have 8+ years of experience, able to run crews of up to 15 men. Must be familiar with all phases of new construction, layout, measuring duct, installing all types of HVAC systems, should be capable of writing RFI's.
Pay Range
$28 - $36 / Hourly - Pay rate is determined upon interview and experience.

HVAC Superintendent

Highschool GED or Some College
Location
Across the Valley for different jobs and job sites.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee HVAC New Construction projects.
- Foster a cohesive and unified building team.
- Supervise the daily operations of commercial new construction projects.
- Strictly comply with all safety policies and procedures.
- Review and maintain project productivity. Do not waste materials. Optimize labor to reduce project costs.
- Review project labor costs weekly and make corrections as required.
- Maintain project schedule and notify project manager of manpower needs daily for the following week.
