Knowledge | Experience | Skills:

High school diploma or GED. Minimum of two years' experience preferred in one of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, HVAC or general maintenance. Must possess mechanical aptitude. Ability to learn HVAC and Chilled Water Systems. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer experience. Valid driver license required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintains and repairs equipment such as air conditioners, cooling towers, sinks, etc., which may include HVAC, electrical, painting, and plumbing.
• Troubleshoot/repair equipment as assigned.
• Interpret and evaluate prints and technical drawings
• Must be capable of working at height (Ladders, Man Lifts, etc.)
• Ensure that all work is performed in a safe manner, in compliance with all safety regulations
• Perform facility repairs as assigned.
• Install/transfer equipment in all Technimark locations.
• Help maintain central storage area.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, calling additional assistance as needed including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Enter and maintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) data, which develops maintenance history, plans, and accounts for labor hours.
• Travel to other Technimark locations, including international travel.
