Who we are looking for:

• Driven: A highly motivated individual is someone who proactively troubleshoots issues, continuously seeks to improve their skills, and efficiently completes installations, repairs, and maintenance with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Be the technical expert in our customer's home
• Driving revenue growth through sales
• Cleaning, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, and performing warranty services.
• Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses.
• Keeping daily logs and records of maintenance functions
• Tests all completed work.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• EPA Certified
• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC Service experience
• Must have HVAC related tools prior to starting
• Sales skills a must.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Aptitude for technical knowledge with high level of attention to detail.
