This position reports to
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work under pressure to fulfill sales targets and develop the business in the OEM industry. - Acquisition of key customers in the OEM market/industry - Look after and consult customers in the OEM market/industry. - Analyze, establish and expand networks with key-institutions (strategic end-customers and system-integrators) in the respective market/ industry Analyze technical trends and innovations as well as derive and communicate corresponding recommendations internally as well as to the other subsidiaries. - Responsible for promoting and popularize new product (BIW products, FUPA, Digital, Robostudio etc.) in OEM industry. - Analyze and communicate necessary operative marketing activities (fairs, end customer marketing etc.) to the adequate departments. - Analyze and communicate necessary strategic marketing activities (industry and competition analysis) to the adequate departments and subsidiaries. - Responsible for reaching the targets in turnover and units in the industry.

Qualifications for the role
- University majored in industrial automation/mechanical-electronic engineering.
- English language and background from local OEM are preferred.
- Foreign invested company strongly desired.
- With high flexibility (desired).
- Proactive, aggressive and initiative (must).
- Good interpersonal & presentation skill (must).
- Good Computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications (preferred).
- Good sales track record (must).
