Contract Length: 12 month - Extension (40 hour weeks)
Location: Rincon, CA (On-site)or better known as Pauma Valley, CA
Additional Compensation: Mileage Reimbursement
Project: 1MW Solar Canopy project - into battery storage

Requirements:

• Construction management experience in solar (3-5 years)
• Must be able to come on-site 5 days per week
• Additional hours (OT) on weekends if needed
• Must have OSHA 30 and CPR certifications, (construction Management Certification is good to have)
• Must have good problem solving skills and communication skills with people on site
• Has to be able to overlook commercial crew of 20+ people
• Experience with Documenting on a weekly basis, Reporting on a daily basis
• Qa/Qc knowledge for battery storage as well
• 3 week look ahead schedules
• Must be proficient in ProCore

Responsibilities:

• Overlooking crews of over 20 people on a daily basis
• Document, report, schedule, planning, and coordinate with on site staff
• Perform daily or weekly safety inspections on site
• Run meetings for with managers
• Reporting to Project Manager
• Handling client requests and vendors
