Sr Quality Engineer
As a Sr Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality standards in our aerospace products. You will guide and manage quality engineering activities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products to our customers. You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you'll work out of our Clearwater, Florida location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our aerospace operations. Your expertise in quality engineering, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to excellence will contribute to the delivery of high-quality products and the satisfaction of our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide and manage quality engineering activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance quality processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Perform supplier quality assessments and audits.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve quality-related issues.
• Drive the implementation of quality metrics and monitor performance.
• Facilitate customer audits and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

• 4+ years of experience in quality engineering or related roles.
