Now Honeywell Security Solutions R&D is offeringopportunities for Senior AdvancedHardware Engineer

Responsibilities:
You will takerole as Senior Advanced HardwareEngineer, using your advanced knowledge of the hardware engineeringdiscipline, processes and tools to help Honeywell security business deliverinnovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You willwork under limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talentedengineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's nextgeneration of security smart device products by designing, testing and/orvalidating products/processes from prototype to market. You will be part of agroup of highly committed professionals who provide expertise to ensure thesuccess of complex engineering projects and programs while acting as a mentorto more junior engineers. You will interact with internal and externalcustomers to facilitate the completion of products to customer specifications.

Responsibilities willinclude:
Develop smart device product & platform and communicate with global team
Take active part in security commercial new product development, including requirement analysis, feasibility study, software implementation, testing and debugging
Work with external ODM/JDM supplier or 3rd party vendor to develop product.

Basic Qualifications:
Engineering degree in CS/EE/ME with 10+ years of relevant experience
Strong technical skills with extensive hands-on background in Schematics, PCB design, EMI and Signal Integrity analysis, use-case analysis, performance optimization, thermal analysis, etc.
Experience on Mentor graphic schematic design, PCB layout design is MUST.
Experience on Mentor graphic simulation is preferred.
Hardware engineering test experience is preferred.
Experience on high speed digital and analog circuit performance test and reliability test is preferred.

Excellent communication skills with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive team results
