Position Purpose/Summary
This role will cover the responsibilities of HBS KOREAService Finance Leader & HBS KOREA FP&A

KEY INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/ DELIVERABLES
• To be abusiness partner with business leaders and functional stakeholders in drivingfinancial performance.
• Own,manage and standardize key business and financial processes such as the AnnualOperating Plan (AOP), Monthly Business Review (MBR), Working capital, Month endclosing, financial analysis and forecasts and drive results in P&L, BalanceSheet and FCF.
• Leadaccounting & management projects and productivity reviews such as bidsreview and is responsible for ensuring project review compliance.
• Providingin-depth analysis to support decision-making
• Drivingbusiness performance and strategy

• DriverOrders, Revenue, OI, WC and FCF
• Businesspartnering to Regional General Managers and cross functional team.
• InternalControls and Compliance
• Strongat Financial System (SAP, FDS, Digital Finance)
• ProjectAccounting / Financial Analysis, Reconciliation and Forecast
• Involvein collection activities to optimize progress billings.Qualifications/ Experience/Knowledge

Education / Qualifications
• Bachelor'sDegree on Accounting or Finance
Experience
• Over10 years' experience on Accounting or Finance field
• Over 2years' experience in Commercial Finance and FP&A
Professional Skills / Knowledge
• USGAAP
• ProjectAccounting / Management
