We are currently seeking an E&I Lead, reporting directly to the Hook-up & Commissioning Manager to join our Construction & Commissioning team based in Perth, Western Australia on a 24 month fixed term contract.

About The Role
This position will play a crucial role in leading and driving all hook-up and commissioning activities for offshore works relating to Electrical and Instrumentation, whilst ensuring safety, quality, and project schedule. The role will initially be based in the Perth CBD office and include some adhoc trips to Singapore, with the offshore phase commencing in either Q3 or Q4 of 2025 on an even time roster (3 weeks on and 3 weeks off).

About The Role

Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project schedules
- Oversee offshore manning plans, review and estimate
- Lead and guide team members, whilst driving QHSE behaviours and culture to meet targets
- Ensure hazard assessments and job safety analysis are completed
- Manage and communicate scope and schedule requirements effectively
- Assign resources and expedite work packages to meet deadlines
- Ensure all necessary resources, materials and tools are available
- Interface with SURF for combined/interface activities
- Expedite procurement and logistics
- Review supplier documentation for FAT/SAT procedures
- Contribute to vendor mobilization contracts
- Liaise with client commissioning focal points for technical discussions
- Organise and implement pre-commissioning and commissioning HAZID
- Attend progress / information / action meetings
- Input to completions processes and site execution processes
About You
We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or relevant trade certification
- TBOSIET, MSIC & CAEB training (current)
- Proven track record of planning, preparing and executing offshore hook-up and commissioning scopes and/or shutdowns
- Demonstrated knowledge of multidiscipline specifications, rules and regulations
- Proven track record in managing multidiscipline teams of offshore workers
- Sound commercial acumen
- Familiar with blue collar industrial relations management
- Minimum 8 years experience in Offshore Oil & Gas construction projects
- Strong greenfields offshore facilities, construction and commissioning experience
- Effective QHSE leadership
- Proficient with managing schedule changes
- Experience with materials, tools and consumables identification, definition and requisitioning
- Experienced in PTW and hazard assessment
