Job Title: Demand Generation Manager (Financial Industry)

Job Summary:

The Demand Generation Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the development and execution of lead-generation campaigns. This position requires a results-driven professional with deep expertise in the financial services industry, especially with Financial Marketing Organizations (FMOs), Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), and Independent Financial Advisors. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and optimizing marketing strategies to engage independent financial advisors and their clients, particularly those approaching retirement or already retired.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Strategy Development:
    • Conduct thorough market research to understand buyer personas and anticipate emerging trends.
    • Develop lead generation strategies to capture high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
    • Stay up to date with industry developments, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine marketing efforts.
  • Campaign Creation:
    • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social media, webinars, email marketing, and trade shows.
    • Develop campaigns tailored to the needs of financial advisors and their clients, with a focus on pre-retirement and retirement planning.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommend adjustments to enhance campaign success.
  • Sales Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that leads are properly qualified and transitioned smoothly from marketing to sales.
    • Align with sales on key performance metrics and goals to ensure campaign success.
  • Marketing Automation:
    • Utilize marketing automation tools such as email systems, social media management tools, and CRMs to execute campaigns efficiently and at scale.
    • Streamline processes to improve operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in demand generation or marketing roles within the financial services industry, particularly with Financial Marketing Organizations, Registered Investment Advisors, or Independent Financial Advisors.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-retirement and retirement planning strategies.
  • Expertise in executing multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, to drive results.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
