HVAC Install Apprentice Responsibilities

• Learn how to assist with the installation of HVAC systems on commercial and residential centers
• Participate in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools needed for HVAC installation
• Use safety procedures, report safety hazards, and respond to safety concerns
• Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service and communication skills

HVAC Install Apprentice Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined
• Have schedule flexibility; able to work weekends as needed in peak seasons
• Self-motivated to complete tasks within time constraints
• Purchase and ownn your own hand tools necessary to perform the job right
• Must be able to work in extreme conditions (ie cold, hot, dirty environment, cramped, on ladders etc).
• Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.

HVAC Install Apprentice Requirements:

• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift 75- 100+ lbs
• Must have own reliable vehicle/transportation until eligible for company vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Successful completion of criminal background and MVR check to company standard
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
