We have a current opportunity for a Desktop Support Specialist on a temporary basis. The position will be based in East Perth. For further information about this position please apply.



As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be working within the IT team that delivers frontline support to the wider business. The level of technical support required would cover multiple areas including: desktop and mobile devices, standard operating environments, business applications and operational tools/software.



The position are Perth based working in our client's CBD office.

Essential skills and knowledge

To be successful in this team, you will:

• Have at least 2 years experience in an IT Support role
• Have a strong customer-first focus and ability to maintain interpersonal relationships
• Put in effort to be approachable and patient in your approach to problem solving
• Use your time efficiently to deliver outcomes within given SLAs

You will also have proficient experience in the following:

• Help Desk Systems
• Windows Domain and Active Directory user maintenance
• Application install and management

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cutting edge technology and work with some of the brightest minds in the industry.



You will receive an industry leading daily rate throughout your contract, including regular meetings with Brunel to ensure all contract conditions are exceeding expectations.



Your initial contract will be for 6 months with review to extend at the end of the initial period.
