As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the R&D Finance team, which is part of Group Financial Performance. By leveraging sound financial expertise, effective stakeholder management, and business understanding, we serve as strategic Finance Partners to Vestas R&D, which is responsible for developing breakthrough products and technologies. Responsibilities

• Finance Business Partner for the product platform
• Be in control of the actuals and project budget and understand key developments between actuals and targets
• Drive the Product Business Case development across value chain
• Act as a strategic partner towards Project Managers and platform leadership
• Support project governance, including the implementation of new processes (PCR)
• Prepare for, participate in, and follow up on financial actions from Program Board and Product Ownership meetings

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting
• Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering or Controlling
• Experience with project governance, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in SAP, BI tools as PowerBI, or other ERP systems
• Experienced with MS Office, especially Excel
