As a Lead Security Integration Architect specializing in Mergers &Acquisitions (M&A) here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in thedesign, implementation, and management of complex security systems andsolutions for M&A activities, particularly acquisitions and divestitures.You will work within cross-functional teams on M&A projects, leveragingyour expertise in security integration, project execution, and technicalleadership to ensure successful integration and alignment of security measuresduring M&A transactions. You will report directly to our M&A Security Manager, and you'll work outof a United States location remotely.

You will ensure the seamless integration of securitycontrols across functions, enhancing the overall security posture of theorganization. Your work will directly impact the safety and integrity ofsystems that protect critical assets and information during M&Atransactions.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The annual base salary range for this position is $150k - $188k. Pleasenote that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywellconsiders various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited tothe scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's workexperience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and businessconsiderations.
Thisposition is incentive plan eligible.

- Conduct regular security and risk assessments and analyses for acquired businesses
- Identify and prioritize risk mitigation and remediation strategies during M&A activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during M&A activities
- Handle complex situations, ensuring successful execution and delivery during M&A transactions
- Contribute to comprehensive project plans, including timelines, execution and risk migration strategies, and milestones for M&A integration
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders during M&A activities
- Identify and address project risks and issues in a proactive manner during M&A transactions
- Implement effective project communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed during M&A projects
- Willingness to travel up to 25% over the year, travel will peak

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as cybersecurity, computer science, or another related field
- 6+ years of experience in security or IT integration and project execution.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of various cybersecurity practices, such as penetration testing, attack surface identification, secure OT network design & implementation, vulnerability management, Incident response planning, and cloud security practices.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% over the year, travel will peak
