As an Advanced Engineering Support Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing advanced engineering support for various projects and initiatives. You will support a team of engineers, ensuring the successful execution of engineering activities and the delivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all engineering requirements are met.
You will report directly to our RF and Antenna Group Manager, and you will work out of our Norcross GA location. This role is eligible for hybrid work mode, except for the first 90 days.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering operations. You will be accountable for supporting a variety of engineering disciplines, such as Mechanical, Electrical, RF and Test engineering. - Minimum 6 years of experience in advanced engineering support or related roles
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and people-oriented skills

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- Ability to drive results and meet deadlines
- Excellent thoughtful and problem-solving skills

- Experience with quality management systems and processes
- A wide variety of skills and experience: Teamcenter, SAP, workorders, document classification, international hardware shipping.
- Creation of documents such as BOMs and ECNs.
