KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collectand analyze operational data to identify trends and patterns
• Developand maintain data models and dashboards for reporting and analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges anddevelop analytical solutions
• Provideactionable insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency
• Supportcontinuous improvement initiatives by analyzing and optimizing operationalprocesses
• Ensuredata integrity and accuracy through data validation and quality controlprocesses at ISC CX Level
• SupportCapacity Model Deployment and HMX initiatives
• Assurethe proper updating of 4 blocker's, BA ISC Global metrics and dashboards.YOU MUST HAVE
• 1 yearof experience in data analysis or related field
• Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
