Asa Director of Labor and Employment here at Honeywell, you will hold a criticalleadership position in managing and shaping labor relations within ourorganization. Your role will involve developing and implementing comprehensivelabor relations strategies, overseeing collective bargaining negotiations, andensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. By fostering positiveemployee relations and maintaining strong partnerships with unions, you willcontribute to creating a harmonious and productive work environment for ouremployees.

You will report directly to our LATAM General Counsel and you'll work out ofour Mexico City location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the labor relations landscape of our organizationand play a key role in driving positive employee relations.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide a team of labor relations professionals to drive positive employeerelations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive labor relations strategies andpolicies to promote positive employee relations.
• Oversee collective bargaining negotiations and administer collectivebargaining agreements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to protect the rightsand interests of employees.
• Manage and resolve complex labor disputes and grievances in collaborationwith internal and external stakeholders.

YOUMUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• 10+ years of experience in labor relations, with a focus on collectivebargaining and employee relations, guiding an organization or team.
• Proven track record of successfully guiding labor relations initiativesand negotiations.
• Advanced English proficiency (Business level)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including experience ininterpreting and applying them.
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills, with the ability toinfluence and build consensus.
• Strong guiding and strategic thinking abilities to drive labor relationsstrategies and initiatives.
