Senior Marketing Specialist

As a Senior Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucialrole in driving marketing automation and lead management initiatives. You willbe responsible for managing and optimizing the Marketing platform to supportour marketing campaigns and generate high-quality leads. Your expertise inMarketing will enable you to develop and execute effective marketing automationstrategies, ensuring seamless integration with other marketing tools andsystems. You will report directly to our Senior Marketing Operations &Analytics Manager and work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybridwork schedule.

In this role, you will impact our marketing operations by leveraging Marketo todrive lead generation, nurture campaigns, and customer engagement. You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketingautomation campaigns, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionableinsights to optimize marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and optimize the Marketo platform to support marketing campaigns and lead generation
• Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns, including lead nurturing and customer engagement programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Marketo with other marketing tools and systems
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and lead management

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing automation
• Strong knowledge of Marketo platform and its capabilities
• Proficiency in developing and executing marketing automation campaigns
• Experience in lead management and nurturing programs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

WE VALUE:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Marketo Certified Expert or similar certification
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
