Context & Environment
Within the affiliate, the SAP coordination/Management Information Systems (MIS) department reports to the Finance
Director. Activities include; the creation and management of reporting as required to ensure an efficient, reliable and
support to departments such as Contract and Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Joint Ventures.
Through the MIS reporting, these departments should sufficiently access information at any time in order to produce
accurate reports with an aim of minimizing costs and saving time.

Main accountabilities:
ACTIVITIES:
? Reports to the Management Information System Manager for the overall functioning of the Management
Information System (MIS), presently comprising UNISOL (SAP software) and its interfaces.
? Supervise implementation of SAP (UNISOL) organization, assistance, evolution and correction of issues,
process of change releases.
? Monitor MIS server operations, help desk, management of users' accounts, monitoring and improvement of
the integration process.
? Ensure the proper level of ownership of the tool and training needs. In particular, act as dedicated advisor and
MIS trainer of any new user needing to work within UNISOL.
? Optimize overall processes around the MIS.
? Coordinate and approve, in connection with the hierarchies concerned and in accordance with the guidelines
established at E&P (Exploration and Production) Branch level, required studies, functional developments'
changes related to architecture, and evolutions of the MIS.
? Lead the SAP-based community in the company.
? Organize the dissemination of information to the MIS perimeter, ensure the update of all related documents,
communications, and the availability of documents.
? Build continuous relationships with SAP support teams and users.
? Define the access authorizations to the system according to the delegations of authority in relation with
concerned hierarchies.
? Participate in the implementation of the Delegation of Authority (DoA) within the company.
? Participate in the implementation, develop, and improve the DoA management tool coming from the
Headquarter ('MySapAuthorities').
? Ensure a daily management of the DoA between the delegator and the delegates.
? Daily manage the interface between the DoA tool (My Sap Authorities) and the information system (UNISOL).
? Create and manage (Business WareHouse) BW/BI reports.
? Manage delivery data analyst projects for all SAP (UNISOL) domains: Contract and Procurement, Logistics,
Finance, Cost Control, etc.
? Help the end users to define their solutions for BW (Business Warehouse) / BI (Business Intelligence) and
analytics.
? Evaluate and improve existing BW/BI reports.
? Responsible to the full end to end life cycle of delivering BW/BI solutions form design, configuration, and
development through the implementation.
Candidate Profile
Experience:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Information Systems and Telecoms (IST) or equivalent. Minimum 3 years' practicing
SAP. Excellent customer care, communication, and ability to work in a team. Good knowledge of English language
(spoken and written).
